We understand that plans can change! Because our certified groomers dedicate their full, unhurried time to one pet at a time, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. -
Yes. Because we operate strictly on a personalized, one-on-one cage-free grooming schedule to keep your pets calm and stress-free, staying on time is incredibly important.
To help us maintain a relaxed environment for the next scheduled pet, a late fee will apply if a pet's drop-off or pick-up is more than 30 minutes past the agreed-upon appointment time. -
At Zip Pet Grooming & Boutique, payment is required in full prior to your pet's pickup.
Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit.
Not Accepted: Please note that we are unable to accept American Express (Amex), e-Transfers, or $100 CAD cash bills.
